Vodka Abyssal was born after years of careful research conducted by Bodegas Williams & Humbert. Result of the encounter between latest generation distillation techniques and ancient production methods, it represents a precious and unique distillate of its kind. Vodka Abyssal owes its exceptional nature to the raw material chosen to make it: unlike classic vodka, it does not derive from the distillation of cereals, but from a fragrant oloroso-type sherry wine from vines with the Jerez designation of origin. To obtain this vodka of extraordinary value, the wine is subjected to triple distillation at 74° degrees: the result is an exclusive distillate in which the typical purity of the best vodkas meets the light aromatic notes that only quality sherry is capable of give.
