The blend from which Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is produced comes to life through the choice of cereals: corn, wheat and malted barley which are added to water. Fermentation begins as soon as the yeasts are added and the malt is distilled in a special still called vendome copper. Diluted with crystal clear water, Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is ready to bottle. It is left to rest for about 4 years, inside precious American oak barrels.
