Ideal for Charmat method sparkling wines: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, this glass favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion. The narrow opening helps the concentration of the perfumes.

Description
Ai Boschi Spumante Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG is a wine that comes from the Andreola cellar in Farra di Soligo. The main feature of the company is the heroic viticulture, where steep and tiring slopes require a lot of manual work. The grapes come from the Glera vines for 97% and for the remaining part from the local Verdiso, cultivated at 250 meters above sea level on soils rich in clayey, sandy silt, gravel and pebbles. After the manual harvest, soft pressing takes place to extract the first part of free-run must, followed by fermentation in steel tanks and a short refinement period of 3 months. The next phase is that of the second fermentation which takes place in an autoclave following the Martinotti / Charmat Method where the second fermentation takes place. Ai Boschi Spumante Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG is an elegant and fragrant wine, perfect to be enjoyed immediately.
