- It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

Description
Zabaldà is the name of the vineyard where the grapes that make this splendid Barbera come from, fresh and typical, flowing and appreciable as only the best Barbera can be. Not even one hectare of vineyards, located in Monforte d'Alba, gives life to Barbera "Zabaldà", which the La Biòca winery leaves to age mainly in Slavonian oak barrels. Perfect with land cuisine, it is excellent with first courses in red sauce and magnificent with pizza. To try!
