Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Zero de Saigné Alta Langa DOCG Riserva Rosé Pas Dosé Millesimato is produced by Enrico Serafino , who interprets the denomination in a unique way with this label. The Pinot Noir grapes, intended to be used alone, are cultivated with the Guyot system and in the name of environmental sustainability. The vineyards are located on soils rich in clay and other elements that allow the vines to produce grapes with a refined sensory profile. In the cellar, the grapes are briefly macerated on the skins to extract the color and then undergo a first fermentation in steel containers. In line with the style of the Classic Method, the refermentation in the bottle involves a stay on the lees for 60 months, a very long and very important period for the wine. In the disgorgement phase, the cellar chooses not to add Liquer de Expedition. With its fine perlage, Zero de Saigné Alta Langa DOCG Riserva Rosé Pas Dosé Millesimato can be appreciated immediately, but also after a few years of rest in the cellar.
