Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

From the vineyards of the Contadi Castaldi company is produced Franciacorta Zero Pas Dosè DOCG , a fresh and elegant sparkling wine, made in Franciacorta, one of the most famous and renowned Italian areas for the production of excellent Italian sparkling wines. Made with a selection of 50% Pinot Noir grapes from an extraordinary morainic soil which gives the grapes and the wine their savory flavour, and 50% Chardonnay, the result is a sparkling wine with a highly precise gustatory design. Immediately after the harvest, the grapes are fermented separately in steel barrels to be united, in spring, for the sparkling process, where the wine remains on the lees for 36/40 months, after disgorgement it ages for a further 6 months in the bottle . Complex in aromas, with hints of grapefruit, blackcurrant and walnut husk, unusual traces of laurel and green tobacco. Modulated, structured and clear on the palate, it closes long and pleasantly persistent.
