'Zeveri' Muller Thurgau Trentino Superiore DOC Cavit 2018

Zeveri Müller Thurgau Trentino Superiore DOC is a fresh and fragrant white wine from the Cavit winery, one of the most important producers in the whole region. The label is obtained from the single-variety vinification of Müller Thurgau grapes, a native vine characterized by intense aromas. This variety lends itself to giving excellent results in terms of quality on the Dolomite lands. The plots are located on the slopes of Monte Bondone, in Riva di Vallarsa and finally near Stenico. Once fully ripe, the bunches are harvested by hand and transported to the cellar. The alcoholic fermentation takes place inside stainless steel vats equipped with temperature monitoring systems. In the same tanks the wine is left to age until it is bottled. Zeveri Müller Thurgau Trentino Superiore DOC is a white wine designed to be appreciated when young, when the varietal notes and freshness emerge.
