'Zhabib' Passito Zibibbo Terre Siciliane IGT Hibiscus 2021 37.5 cl - HALF BOTTLE

Zhabib Zibibbo Passito Terre Siciliane IGT is a sweet and fragrant wine, produced by the Hibiscus winery. It is obtained exclusively from the vinification of Zibibbo grapes, a local vine (Moscato di Alessandria) which stands out for its intense and varied aromas. The terraced plots overlook the sea of the island of Ustica, where the soils of volcanic origin give the grapes a pleasant minerality. The vines, cultivated with the espalier system, grow luxuriantly until the manual harvest. Once the selection in the vineyard has been completed, the bunches arrive in the cellar for destemming. Fermentation follows in steel tanks at a monitored temperature, with the addition of grapes left to dry in the sun on racks. In the same containers the wine remains 6 months for the first phase of refinement, to then rest another 6 months in glass after bottling. Perfect right from the start, Zhabib Zibibbo Passito Terre Siciliane IGT can give pleasant sensations following a further evolution of 1-2 years.
