Glass
It is the perfect boblet for red wines with good structure and intensity; this type of wine certainly needs to "open" (that means to better develop its aromatic, intense and complex profile) and this is made possible by contact with oxygen (oxygenation) which, in fact, is facilitated by the generous dimensions of the chalice.

This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction; however, it has qualities that allow it to evolve and refine over time, if properly stored.

Description

The Venezia Giulia Rosso IGT Calabrone wine is an interesting reserve proposed by the Friulian Bastianich winery, an interesting reality, created by the well-known entrepreneur and television personality Joe Bastianich, located in Cividale del Friuli and made up of 40 hectares of vineyards. This label comes from a blend of Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso (70%), Merlot (10%), Pignolo (10%) and Schioppettino (10%) grapes, fruit of vines grown on the hills on a soil of Eocene origin, rich of marl and sandstone. Venezia Giulia Rosso IGT Calabrone is a red of considerable interest, which has obtained various national and international awards, including that of the "Vitae AIS" guide. To make this wine, after a careful harvest, some of the bunches collected are subjected to withering for a period ranging from 4 to 8 weeks. Following vinification, the wine is aged for 2 years in Allier barriques, after which it is blended. Finally, it is aged in glass for 3 years. The resulting wine is a label with great structure, a great complex red, very elegant, for a rich and enveloping wine, in a word, exciting!
