'Les Vaux Louis' Vouvray Sec AOC Domain Sylvain Gaudron 2021

The Vouvray Sec Les Vaux Louis white wine from the Domaine Sylvain Gaudron winery represents one of the flagship products of this winery. The vines have an average age of thirty years and are located in the heart of the Chenin Blanc area, on hills well exposed to the sun, with well structured soils and with excellent climatic conditions. To produce this wine, only Chenin Blanc grapes are used with a production technique that balances artisanal methods and modern technologies. To produce the Vouvray Sec Les Vaux Louis wine, a careful harvest is carried out with a careful selection of the bunches. After a light pressing, a slow and long fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 12 degrees in order to extract all the freshness from the grapes; finally we move on to a further phase of maturation and bottling. In this way an elegant, harmonious, well-structured and easy-drinking wine is obtained.
