Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description

The Brut Quality Sparkling Wine from the Salviano estate is a delicate product, pleasantly structured and with a persistent finish. The cellar is part of the Umbrian wine scene with its refined creations and stands out for its constant and continuous search for quality. The vineyards can benefit from optimal climatic conditions, a good distribution of rainfall throughout the year and a fertile soil, mainly tuff. For the Spumante di Qualità Brut the classic method is used: the bunches are harvested manually in crates and fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts, without synthetic additives. Chemical conditioning is also excluded in the field of viticulture, a factor influenced by the principles of organic farming. Each phase of the production process expresses love for the land, for tradition and for handcrafted products. Pure Pinot Noir grapes are used, originally from the French region of Burgundy but which soon spread all over the world.
