Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Ballon flute
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for classic method sparkling wines (or champenoise) and champagne: being narrow, with a pointed bottom, it favors the development of bubbles (perlage), avoiding their dispersion; the body of this glass is a little wider than a classic flute and favors the perception of more intense and complex aromas.

Description
Alta Langa Brut Millesimato DOCG is a sparkling wine produced at the Vite Colte di Barolo cooperative cellar. The company originated in the 80s, thanks to a renovation project capable of enhancing the splendid Langhe area, which has given it great international success. The grapes come from the Pinot Nero and Chardonnay vines, located at about 600 meters above sea level on soils of marine origin and rich in limestone, marl and sand. The climatic conditions represent a favorable element for the excellent production. The grapes are harvested by hand but vinified separately. After a soft pressing, the fermentation takes place, until the following spring, the refermentation takes place in the bottle according to the dictates of the Classic Method. Subsequently, the wine needs to rest for a further 30 months on the lees. Alta Langa Brut Millesimato DOCG is an elegant and enveloping sparkling wine, perfect for immediate drinking, but with the potential for aging in the bottle for 3 or 4 years.
