Vinopuro's advices
Recommended glass
Glass
Medium Open Goblet
Glass
It is the perfect goblet for light and medium-structured white wines; these wines do not require prolonged contact with oxygen to best enhance their bouquet. Indeed, a slightly narrower opening of the glass is recommended: this helps the concentration and the direction of the aromas towards the nose. In this way, the perception of the aromas is increased, enhancing the sensations.

Description

Maria Costanza Bianco represents a milestone in Sicilian viticulture, the Milazzo winery was in fact the first to make the blend of Inzolia and Chardonnay to give life to this elegant white wine, produced with a prevalence of inzolia supported by some selections of biotypes of Chardonnays. After pressing at a controlled temperature, the juice, further refrigerated, undergoes clarification for 12-24 hours after which alcoholic fermentation is started. Part of the musts ferment in steel at low temperature and part ferment in French oak barriques, specially selected for the maturation of white wines. The wines do not undergo malolactic fermentation and are kept on their lees until the following spring by means of "batônage", after bottling they mature for at least 2 months in the bottle before being marketed. It has a beautiful straw yellow color with green reflections. It opens with an aromatic vegetable with evident notes of lemon balm and green citrus fruits, it closes with hints of slightly ripe pineapple. In the mouth it is full and structured, soft and warm at the same time.
